Which devices are compatible?
Here’s how to check your device’s compatibility:
iOS devices (Apple iPhone): Go to Settings> Mobile data. If you see the “Add Mobile Plan” option, your iPhone supports eSIMs.
Android devices (e.g. Samsung): Go to Settings> Connections> SIM Management. If you find the option “Add mobile tariff”, your smartphone supports the
eSIM.
Are calls and SMS included in eSIM plans?
No, RoadRoaming plans only offer data traffic. However, you can make calls and send messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Facetime and others.
How many eSIMs can I have on my device?
The number of eSIMs you can store depends on your device. However, remember that you can only activate one eSIM at a time.
Can I request a refund for my RoadRoaming eSIM?
Refund requests must be sent by email to helpdesk@fibraforte.it including a detailed reason. Each request will be evaluated with our telephone provider, who will decide whether to approve the refund (partial or total) based on the specific case. We are committed to doing everything possible to satisfy every need.
What type of connection does the RoadRoaming eSIM offer?
The RoadRoaming eSIM offers connectivity on a 4G network. Browsing speed depends on the signal quality and coverage available in your area.
Will I have a phone number associated with the RoadRoaming eSIM?
No, RoadRoaming eSIMs only include a data plan and do not have an associated phone number.
When should I purchase my RoadRoaming eSIM?
You can purchase your RoadRoaming eSIM at any time. We recommend activating it in advance of your trip, so you can start using it as soon as you arrive at your destination.

I can't find a data plan for the country I'm visiting. What can I do?
The list of countries supported by RoadRoaming is continuously updated.
If your destination is not yet included, you can opt for:
A regional plan, covering multiple countries in the same geographical area.
A global plan, to have connectivity all over the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase a RoadRoaming eSIM using a credit card supported by our secure payment system Stripe.
How do I add an eSIM and data plan to my device?
After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions for installing your RoadRoaming eSIM.
You can simply scan the QR code to automatically configure your data plan, or proceed manually from your smartphone settings:
Android devices: Go to Settings> Connections> SIM Card Management> Add plan.
iOS devices: Go to Settings> Mobile phone> Add cellular plan.

How long can I use a RoadRoaming eSIM?
The duration depends on the data plan selected at the time of purchase.
You will find information about the activation date, duration of the plan and expiration in the confirmation email you will receive after purchase.
Will my physical SIM continue to work once I activate the eSIM?
Yes, your physical SIM will continue to work.
Remember to choose which plan to use for your data connection in your device settings, so as to avoid additional costs with your personal SIM.
Can I use the same eSIM on multiple phones at the same time?
No, an eSIM can only be active on one device at a time.
You can still purchase multiple eSIMs for other devices or for your travel companions.
How can I check my consumption?
You can check your data usage directly from your device settings, just like you do with your physical SIM.
Can I pause my RoadRoaming eSIM?
No, once activated, the validity of the data plan cannot be suspended or modified.
However, you can temporarily disable eSIM from your device settings to avoid data consumption.
Can I reinstall an eSIM?
Based on the specific policies of the various eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once removed, due to the policies of the providers.
We recommend that you temporarily disable the eSIM instead of removing it from your device.
What happens if I delete an eSIM?
If you delete an eSIM, you will not be able to reinstall it, regardless of its validity.

Can I transfer an eSIM from one device to another?
No, RoadRoaming eSIMs cannot be transferred.
If you have a new device, we suggest using the hotspot from your previous device to share the connection.
How can I remove the eSIM profile from my device after the data plan expires?
Android devices: Go to Settings> Connections> SIM card manager and select the eSIM to remove.
iOS devices: Go to Settings> Mobile phone> Select the eSIM under Cellular Plans and click Remove Cellular Plan
